Inter are ready to offer Milan Skriniar a new contract that will keep him at the club until at last 2026, according to a report in the Italian print media today.

As has been reported by Tuttosport, Milan Skriniar’s is the next contract to be signed after Marcelo Brozovic which could be announced next week.

The Slovakian impressed the rest of Europe with his display against Liverpool at Anfield and Inter are very aware that a lot of clubs will be looking to sign him this summer as his current deal expires in 2023.

He definitely wants to stay at Inter for many years so the Nerazzurri will offer him a contract until 2026 that will see him earn at least €4.5 million per season.

He is viewed by many in and around the club as the next captain after Samir Handanovic, although it could also be Nicolo Barella.

The new salary could eventually rise to €6 million per season.
