Inter are expecting to be playing in an almost completely full San Siro when they face Fiorentina on Saturday evening, according to a report in the Italian print media.

As has been reported by Tuttosport, by Friday afternoon more than 52,000 tickets to the game had been sold which meant there was about 2,500 left in the guest sector and another 2,500 scattered among the third green and red rings.

The attendances in Italy are still capped at 75% which means the team still can’t play in front of a completely full San Siro until next season unless the rules change sooner.

Inter are the team with the highest average attendance per game in Serie A this season. Their average is 37,333 which beats AS Roma who have had an average of 36,925 and AC Milan whose average is 36,885.

The game kicks off at 18:00 local time in Milan and Inter will be without Stefan de Vrij and perhaps Marcelo Brozovic.
