Inter will meet with the agents of Ajax striker Sebastien Haller later this month about a possible move for the striker during the summer transfer window.

This according to today’s print edition of Milan-based newspaper Gazzetta dello Sport, who report that the 27-year-old is a serious target for the Nerazzurri and that they will meet with his agents during the international break.

Inter want to bring in a starting-quality central striker to bolster their attack ahead of next season, and while Sassuolo’s Gianluca Scamacca remains a major target, they are also looking at other options.

Ajax’s Haller is one of the top names on the Nerazzurri’s list, as the club believes that the Ivorian could slot straight into the starting eleven were he to be signed.

The club will meet with the player’s representatives in the next couple weeks to try and establish whether a move for him would be feasible.
