Italian journalist Fabrizio Biasin expects that Inter are the only Serie A club that Torino defender Bremer would realistically sign for upon parting ways with the Granata.

Speaking on the Twitch channel of Italian news outlet Calciomercato.it, as reported by FCInter1908, the journalist suggested that the 24-year-old would be a viable replacement for Stefan de Vrij at Inter but would not likely move to another Italian club.

Bremer’s form this season has marked him out as a major target for the Nerazzurri during the summer transfer window, with the Brazilian seen as the right man to replace de Vrij should he be sold.

However, Inter are not the only club interested in the Torino man, with the likes of AC Milan and Juventus among the Italian teams keen on him, while clubs from elsewhere in Europe such as Tottenham Hotspur and Bayern Munich also have an interest.

According to Biasin, were Bremer to stay in Italy, it would be to make the move to Inter, however.

“Assuming that [de Vrij is sold], Bremer is the favourite,” he said. “Inter would like him a lot, but Cairo has renewed his contract for a year and knows that the competition is fierce.”

“If he goes somewhere in Italy, it will be to Inter,” Biasin said, before noting “But three or four clubs with significant money have targeted the Brazilian defender as well.”
