Slovakian defender Milan Skriniar will be the next Inter player to renew their contract after Marcelo Brozovic’s new deal was announced by the club yesterday, according to a report in the Italian print media today.

As has been reported today by Corriere della Sera, Marcelo Brozovic’s new contract will run until 2026 and will see him earn €6 million per season with €1 million of bonuses to achieve as well.

The agreement had been found a long time ago but bureaucratic reasons meant that it could not be announced until yesterday.

Inter have already announced the extensions of Lautaro Martinez, Alessandro Bastoni, and Nicolo Barella across this season and the next in line is Milan Skriniar.

There is no doubt that the defender wants to stay at Inter beyond his current deal that expires in 2023 and the talks with him and his agent will begin in the next few weeks. He is seen as a key part of Inter’s future.
