Inter head coach Simone Inzaghi will have his full squad available to him on Friday when the South American players on international duty return to training.

This according to Italian news outlet Gazzetta.it, who report that the full squad will only be back when the late-returning South Americans join up.

Inter have a number of players away on international duty during the break, but the European players in the squad will start filtering back into the team during the week.

However, as has been the case during previous international breaks, it will only be later on in the week that the players with South American teams arrive to be back with the squad ahead of their Serie A clash with Juventus on Sunday.

Lautaro Martinez is already back in training having withdrawn from the Argentine national team due to a positive test for COVID-19 and Matias Vecino will soon return after having a similar situation.

However, Argentine Joaquin Correa and Chilean duo Alexis Sanchez and Arturo Vidal are both away with their national teams, and are expected back on Friday.
