Inter striker Lautaro Martinez, midfielder Marcelo Brozovic, and defender Stefand de Vrij are all spending today training individually.

This according to Italian news outlet FCInter1908, who report that the trio are all working individually with a view to making a quick return to full training once the rest of the group is back from international duty.

Martinez made his return to training yesterday after being cleared to end his mandatory period of self-isolation following a negative test for COVID-19.

Meanwhile, de Vrij and Brozovic are putting the finishing touches on their recovery programs from the calf injuries which ruled them out of the Nerazzurri’s last couple matches.

Matias Vecino, like Martinez, had tested positive for COVID and had to withdraw from international duty, but the 30-year-old is in Uruguay and it is not yet clear when he will be able to fly back and then re-join the squad following a COVID test.
