Inter midfielder Marcelo Brozovic and Stefan de Vrij are set to make their returns to full training during today’s session.

This according to today’s print edition of Rome-based newspaper Corriere dello Sport, who report that the pair will both likely start the process of being reintroduced into the group having recovered from their calf injuries.

Brozovic and de Vrij both worked on their own during the weekend to put their calf problems behind them, and both should be ready to return to full training today although they will not be rushed back.

The players will be careful about managing their conditions and could work at a slightly different pace from their teammates with a view to getting back up to match fitness without overdoing it immediately.

Meanwhile, no international players have yet returned but will start filtering back into the team tomorrow, whilst striker Lautaro Martinez is also back in training today as expected.
