Chelsea striker is determined to return to Inter as soon as possible, and only has playing for the Nerazzurri again in mind.

This according to Italian news outlet Gazzetta.it, who report that the Belgian wants to make the move back, but that it could only happen on a paid loan given the Nerazzurri’s financial situation.

Lukaku made the switch to Chelsea in a blockbuster €115 move last summer, but so far the move has not worked out well for him on the pitch as he has failed to really settle in and does not enjoy a close relationship with coach Thomas Tuchel.

The 28-year-old has already expressed the desire to play for Inter again in a candid interview given to Sky Sport Italia in December, and according the Gazzetta he continues to feel this way.

It remains to be seen if the Nerazzurri are willing to make a push to bring Lukaku back and whether or not the switch would be feasible, but the striker’s desire is clear.
