Inter are considering a sale of defender Stefan de Vrij this summer in order to fund a move for Torino’s Bremer as his replacement.

This according to Italian news outlet Calciomerato.com, who report that the Nerazzurri will listen to offers for the 30-year-old and hope to bring in around €20-25 million from his sale.

De Vrij has been at the heart of the Nerazzurri’s defense since his arrival from Lazio on a free transfer in the summer of 2018, but it could be time for a change of scenery for the Dutchman.

The defender’s agent Mino Raiola has told Inter that he will sound out interest in the player and return with any offers that come in, with the valuation of €20-25 million in mind.

Should de Vrij be sold for that amount, then the Nerazzurri’s priority will be to sign Bremer as his long-term successor, with the 24-year-old’s form this season for Torino having marked him out as the ideal profile.
