The Allianz Stadium in Turin is almost sold out for Inter’s match against Juventus but the Nerazzurri will be without their most vocal supporters, according to a report in the Italian print media today.

As has been reported by La Gazzetta dello Sport today, it is expected that the game will be sold out as it is nearly sold out as of Thursday morning.

The main difference between this and previous big games for Inter this season as that the most vocal and loyal section of the fanbase, the Curva Nord, will not be travelling to Turin to take up their place in the away end.

The news was shared on the Curva Nord Facebook page recently but a specific reason for the boycott was not given.

It is believed that their stance relates to an ongoing issue where away tickets are sold on the Juventus website to be purchased individually rather than through organised supporters groups.
