Inter coach Simone Inzaghi has welcomed most of the squad back to Appiano Gentile after the latest round of international fixtures, according to a report in the Italian print media today.

As has been reported by La Gazzetta dello Sport today, all of the European players who had minimal travelling to do have returned to the training camp and will begin their preparation for the huge match against Juventus on Sunday evening.

On Thursday, Argentine forward Joaquin Correa will return and so will Matias Vecino who has been recovering from Covid-19.

As for Chilean duo Alexis Sanchez and Arturo Vidal, they will not be back in training until Friday and are likely to not be fit enough to start the match against the Bianconeri.

Marcelo Brozovic is expected to recover from his calf injury in time to start but the same cannot be said for Stefan de Vrij who is likely to miss out.
