It looks very unlikely that Tottenham Hotspur will sign Juventus’ Paulo Dybala on a free transfer which keeps the path clear for Inter, according to a report in the Italian print media today.

As has been reported by Tuttosport today, the Premier League side are more focused on players who are 25-years-old and under as they look to build a young core of the team.

Another factor is that the spark between Paulo Dybala and Spurs director Fabio Paratici was not very bright when the latter was a director at Juventus until the start of this season.

That is because Paulo Dybala ended up in the middle of an exchange whilst Fabio Paratici was at the club that would have seen the Argentine move to Manchester United and Romelu Lukaku become a Juventus player.

Inter CEO Beppe Marotta meanwhile has a fantastic relationship with Paulo Dybala after their shared time at Juventus.
