Inter must rectify their poor away form if they are to win the title again this season, according to a report in the Italian print media today.

As has been reported by Corriere dello Sport, Inter have only picked up four points from their last four away matches in Serie A whereas AC Milan have picked up 13 points from five recent away matches.

Simone Inzaghi’s team have not won away from home since the 5-0 thrashing of Salernitana on December 17, almost three and a half months ago.

This needs to be changed when Inter travel to face Juventus at the Allianz Stadium. The Nerazzurri have not beaten Juventus away from home in Serie A since 2012.

In the first 10 away games of the season for Inter, they averaged 2.3 points per game. In the second half of the season that average has dropped to one point per game.

Inter’s direct rivals have much better away records over the season.
