Juventus boss Max Allegri could task Manuel Locatelli with limiting Marcelo Brozovic’s impact on the game when Inter face Juventus on Sunday night, according to a report in the Italian media.

As has been reported by Tuttosport, Max Allegri must find a way to stop Marcelo Brozovic from directing the game in the way he has done so well for Inter this season.

It is expected that rather than dropping a forward player deep to occupy the Croatian midfielder, the coach will ask one of his three central midfielders to push high up the pitch and limit Marcelo Brozovic’s influence.

The most likely choice to do that role is Manuel Locatelli as the other two midfielders will be the less physical Arthur and the right-sided Adrien Rabiot.

The Italian will need to occupy the space that Marcelo Brozovic works in and aid the Bianconeri attackers in any way he can.
