Inter are prepared to sell Lautaro Martinez for a big fee in the summer in order to create the space for Juventus forward Paulo Dybala, according to a report in the Italian media today.

As has been reported by Tuttosport today, the two clubs that have expressed the most interest in Lautaro Martinez so far are Antonio Conte’s Tottenham Hotspur and Diego Simeone’s Atletico Madrid.

The thinking at Inter is that the sales of Arturo Vidal, Alexis Sanchez, and Matias Vecino will not raise enough in the wage budget to sign Sassuolo’s Gianluca Scamacca, Paulo Dybala, and other important targets.

By selling Lautaro Martinez they can receive a fee ideally in excess of €60 million and bring more balance to the striking department with Paulo Dybala.

Another element to the story is that Tottenham Hotspur and Atletico Madrid could choose to try and sign Paulo Dybala on a free transfer instead.
