Inter’s appeal to the highest sporting authority in Italy to have their Serie A clash with Bologna cancelled outright and awarded as a 3-0 win will be heard on April 13th.

This according to Italian broadcaster SportMediaset, who report that the CONI review board will listen to the Nerazzurri’s final appeal later this month.

The match away to the Rossoblu, which had originally been scheduled for January 6 but had to be postponed due to COVID cases within the Emilian side’s squad, has been given an official date to be made up, April 27.

However, the Nerazzurri’s appeals process to have the match awarded as a 3-0 win rather than postponed is ongoing.

The decision had already been made in February by the league to go ahead with the match, and this week the league officially scheduled it and all the other fixtures postponed due to COVID, but Inter will still have one final appeal left.
