Permier League club Arsenal are interested in signing Inter striker Lautaro Martinez this summer.

This according to US broadcaster CBS Sport, who report that sources from the London-based club confirm that they are considering a move for the Argentine.

The Gunners are looking for a central striker during the summer transfer window, and the likes of Real Sociedad’s Alexander Isak, Lille’s Jonathan David, and Everton’s Dominic Calvert-Lewin are among the names they’ve been tracking.

However, according to CBS Sport, they also have two names from Serie A in mind, Martinez as well as Napoli’s Victor Osimhen.

Martinez has been linked with a summer exit from the Nerazzurri especially in the event that the club decide that they need to generate cash from a sale, in which case he would be the likeliest big name to be sold.

There has already been interest in Martinez from clubs in La Liga as well as the Gunner’s North London rivals Tottenham Hotspur, but Arsenal too are interested.
