Inter head coach Simone Inzaghi is ready to put his faith in forward Joaquin Correa to make his contribution against Hellas Verona on Saturday.

This according to today’s print edition of Rome-based newspaper Corriere dello Sport, who report that the 27-year-old will start the Serie A clash and that the coach believes that he can make a telling contribution in the run-in of the season.

Correa has had a limited impact since arriving at Inter from Lazio last summer, although his match-winning braces against Verona as well as Udinese earlier in the season hinted at what he can bring to the team.

With Lautaro Martinez suspended for the Nerazzurri’s clash with the Gialloblu due to an accumulation of yellow cards, Correa will be given the starting spot and will hope that he can make a similar impact as in the reverse fixture.

Inzaghi continues to believe that the Argentine can be decisive for the Nerazzurri, and he will be given a chance to prove himself in the team’s massive final games of the campaign.
