Hakan Calhanoglu could show his best form at Inter again after scoring the winning penalty against Juventus last weekend, according to a report in the Italian print media today.

As has been reported by Tuttosport today, the Turkish midfielder played his best games at Inter immediately after he scored a penalty against AC Milan and celebrated bravely in front of the opposition fans.

He has struggled to show what he is capable of in recent weeks, like almost everyone in the Inter squad. Simone Inzaghi will now hope that the goal against Juventus that gave Inter a 1-0 win in Turin will spark the midfielder back into his creative and goalscoring best.

If the ex-AC Milan player can become a source of goals again for the Nerazzurri, it would be a huge boost to the team’s chances of defending the Scudetto. Other players will also need to step up and find their best form again.
