Inter must decide what their plans are for Zinho Vanheusden and Lorenzo Pirola who will return to the club this summer, according to a report in the Italian print media.

As has been reported today by Tuttosport, the face of Inter’s defence could change a lot this summer. Stefan de Vrij could be replaced by Torino’s Gleison Bremer which would also mean Federico Dimarco leaving as part of the deal.

Andrea Ranocchia and Danilo D’Ambrosio could stay for another season as backups but Aleksandar Kolarov is definitely retiring at the end of the campaign and must be replaced.

Belgian defender Zinho Vanheusden will return from his loan at Genoa where he has impressed but has also struggled with injuries. He could end up on loan at another Serie A team as a sale is unlikely.

Lorenzo Pirola who is on loan at Monza also must be evaluated. Inter can use the counter-redemption clause to retrieve him and then use him in a deal for Gianluca Scamacca.
