Former Juventus midfielder Marco Tardelli has said that Inter are not beautiful to watch and that they are currently struggling, according to a report in the Italian print media.

Whilst writing his column for La Stampa, Marco Tardelli broke down the current Serie A title race and settled on Napoli as the favourites to take him the Scudetto in May.

He feels that Inter are not good enough right now and that AC Milan are confusing in regard to their form.

“Let’s talk about the protagonists. Inter are not beautiful and lately they are suffering, it’s a confusing Milan team with many burrs in the final phase which makes us think that Napoli may at this moment be the team with the greatest chance of winning.”

It is clear that the former Italy international is enjoying the journey for all three teams though as he mentioned how entertaining and close the race has been and will continue to be.

“For years we haven’t seen such a hard-fought championship, three teams that will make us live in uncertainty until the last day.”

When describing Luciano Spalletti’s Napoli, Marco Tardelli said that the Azzurri look like they are having fun whenever they play.

“The Azzurri have fun, have a calm and less expensive squad. A squad that allows Luciano Spalletti to adapt to any form of play and he loves to change as we have seen him do on many occasions.”

Inter had their title hopes lifted when they beat Juventus 1-0 and AC Milan drew 1-1 with Bologna.
