Inter are exploring ways in which they can keep Croatian winger Ivan Perisic at the club beyond the end of this season, according to a report in the Italian print media today.
As has been reported by Corriere dello Sport, Inter have every intention of securing a new deal for Ivan Perisic so that he does not leave for free at the end of this season.
The Croatian currently has no alternatives that play at the same level as Inter and the Nerazzurri could try and offer him a one year deal or one year with the option of another.
The option of the second season could be linked to a condition such as the number of appearances he makes. This way neither the player nor the club are stuck with each other should he get little game time.
No real talks are likely to happen until after the season as all focus is now on the Scudetto race.
