Juventus midfielder Federico Bernardeschi has emerged as a possible replacement for Ivan Perisic at Inter in the summer, according to a report in the Italian print media today.

As has been reported by Corriere dello Sport today, if Ivan Perisic does leave the club at the end of this season, Inter  will need a backup left winger and Juventus’ Federico Bernardeschi has emerged as an option as he will be available for free.

The club are pleased that they brought Robin Gosens in during the January transfer window as they are sorted for a first choice left wing back.

If a deal cannot be struck with Ivan Perisic though, another player is needed in that position. Federico Bernardeschi is predominately used as an attacking midfielder but he can do a job on the left wing when needed.

He will be available on a free transfer which is very attractive for Inter.
