Inter defender Federico Dimarco is set to start in place of Alessandro Bastoni in this evening’s Serie A Clash with Hellas Verona at the San Siro.

This according to today’s print edition of Milan-based newspaper Gazzetta dello Sport, who report that based on the 24-year-old’s performances in training he is likely to be selected in defense.

Dimarco will come up his former side in the form of Verona, having spent two successful seasons on loan at the Gialloblu, and he will complete a defensive trio alongside the likes of Milan Skriniar and a returning Stefan de Vrij.

Meanwhile, Joaquin Correa is set to start in attack alongside Edin Dzeko with Lautaro Martinez suspended for the clash, whilst the usual midfield trio and wingbacks will take to the pitch from the first minute.

The Gazzetta’s complete predicted eleven for the clash is as follows:

INTER (3-5-2): Handanovic; Skriniar, De Vrij, Dimarco; Dumfries, Barella, Brozovic, Calhanoglu, Perisic; Dzeko, Correa.
