Hellas Verona midfielder Antonin Barak is a major doubt to start in this evening’s Serie A clash with Inter at the San Siro.

This according to Milan-based newspaper Gazzetta dello Sport, who report that the 27-year-old is likely to be left out of the starting eleven due to flu-like symptoms, while Daniel Bessa will take his place in attacking midfield.

Barak had missed Monday’s Serie A match against Genoa through an intestinal virus, and he is still recovering from the problem which is likely to rule him out of this evening’s match against the Nerazzurri.

Meanwhile, the likes of Gianluca Caprari and Giovanni Simeone are set to complete the Gialloblu’s attacking trident alongside Bessa, whilst the central midfield will be occupied by the reliable pairing of Adrien Tameze and Ivan Ilic.

The Gazzetta’s complete predicted eleven for Verona is as follows:

Verona (3-4-2-1): Montipò; Casale, Günter, Ceccherini; Faraoni, Tameze, Ilic, Lazovic; Bessa, Caprari; Simeone.
