Perisic made two assists on the night, with his pinpoint deliveries key to both of the Nerazzurri’s first half goals, and apart from this technical quality, he also showed his versatility and workrate when asked to do a job at second striker later on in the match.
The 33-year-old hardly put a foot wrong and was decisive to his team comfortably seeing out the three points on both sides of the ball, another strong display in what’s been a great season for the veteran.
