More than 50,000 tickets have already been sold for Inter’s Serie A clash with Roma at the San Siro later this month.
This according to Italian news outlet Gazzetta.it, who report that a substantial portion of the tickets for the April 24 match have already been sold out on the first day of normal sales.
Inter have already played their first game back at the San Siro at 100% capacity, with over 60,000 spectators having been in attendance for their win over Torino on Sunday.
This was not quite a sellout, although the entire amount of tickets for next week’s Coppa Italia semi-final second leg against AC Milan have already been sold.
The clash with the Giallorossi will be Inter’s second league fixture at the San Siro since capacity restrictions for stadiums will lifted altogether at the beginning of this month, and they will be hoping for an atmospheric home crowd to push them on.
