Italian journalist Mario Sconcerti has some doubts about how much Inter would be improved by the signing of Paulo Dybala this summer.

Speaking to Italian broadcaster TMW Radio, Sconcerti raised doubts about the qualities that the Argentine would add to the Nerazzurri’s attack were he to join on a free transfer.

Inter have been on alert with Dybala’s situation even before it was confirmed that he will be leaving Juventus at the end of season when his contract.

Now that they know that the 28-year-old will be available on a free transfer from the Bianconeri, the Nerazzurri are seriously considering whether to make a move for him.

Dybala’s talent is beyond question, but it is less certain how he would fit in to the Nerazzurri’s existing squad and whether he is the right fit for the style of play at the club currently.

Asked how he thought things would changed if Inter sold Lautaro Martinez and signed Dybala, Sconcerti said that “Lautaro is a great player and he is younger than Dybala.”

“I don’t know what the outcome would be for Inter because I don’t know how much the Argentine can add to them,” he went on.
