Inter head coach Simone Inzaghi is considering starting both Matteo Darmian and Robin Gosens in Friday evening’s Serie A clash with Spezia.

This according to Italian news outlet Gazzetta.it, who report that the coach is thinking about changing the team on both flanks for his starting eleven against the Ligurian side.

Ivan Perisic has beena reliable figure starting on the left side for much of the season, but given the volume of matches he has started he could be given a rest against Spezia, while Gosens is ready to make his first start.

Meanwhile, on the right Denzel Dumfries could make way in the starting eleven for Darmian, who the coach feels could be the right option based on training.

In attack, Lautaro Martinez will return to the starting eleven after missing out through suspension against Hellas Verona, and it could be Edin Dzeko who drops to the bench in order to get a rest.
