Inter forward Joaquin Correa has said that the Nerazzurri are ready to finish the season strongly, according to a report in the Italian broadcast media today.

Speaking ahead of the match against Spezia on Friday evening to Sky Sport, via FCInternews, the Argentine forward stressed the importance of ending the season well and getting all three points against Spezia.

“As with Verona, they are a great team, the ones we have not beaten in recent months. We are ready to finish the season well, we have to bring the three points home with our strong players.”

Joaquin Correa has recently recovered from an injury that has kept him out for much of 2022. He knows that continuity is going to help his game and he is now starting his second match in a row.

“When you play more you feel better, playing always gives you confidence and the minutes in your legs make you do better and better. I’m happy to get back in shape.”

In terms of how he is feeling physically at the moment, he says that he is fine and he is focused on how he can help the team.

“I’m fine, I’m thinking about how to help the team. The past is over, I think from game to game.”

Inter will move to the top of the Serie A table if they can beat Spezia this evening but AC Milan will have a chance to change that later against Genoa.
