Inter winger Ivan Perisic has just celebrated the birth of his third child ahead of the match against Spezia, according to a report in the Italian print media today.
As has been reported by Tuttosport today, everyone except two players left Milan yesterday evening to travel to La Spezia for the retreat ahead of Friday evening’s match.
The two who remained were Aleksander Kolarov as he has not been called up to the team, and Ivan Perisic as his partner was giving birth to their third child.
He remained in Milan to be part of the birth and spend the night with his partner and their new child. The news was celebrated by the rest of the Inter squad whilst at their retreat in Liguria.
Ivan Perisic will still be part of the Inter squad for the match on Friday, he will just be travelling there separately. He is expected to start on the bench.
