Inter striker Lautaro Martinez is playing to find a turning point in both the Scudetto race but also his career at Inter, according to a report in the Italian print media today.

As has been reported by La Gazzetta dello Sport today, the Argentine striker needs to prove to Inter that they should not try and cash in on him in the summer by scoring plenty of goals in the final few games o the Serie A season.

Failing that, he should at least be trying to show clubs in Spain and England that he is worth paying a fee of around €70-80 million for.

Apart from the transfer narrative that surrounds the player right now, he also needs to find his best goalscoring form again to try and help Inter win the Scudetto.

He has lacked goals in 2022, scoring just the hat-trick against bottom side Salernitana and the excellent strike against Liverpool in the Champions League.
