Inter second-choice goalkeeper Andrei Radu is all but certain to leave the club this summer and is already looking for a new team for next season.
This according to the player’s agent Crescenzo Cecere, who told TuttoMercatoWeb that he and his client are already in search of a club to join during the summer transfer window.
Radu has found playing time hard to come by this season, with his start against Empoli in the round of sixteen of the Coppa Italia the only time that he has managed to displace captain Samir Handanovic.
The arrival of Andre Onana from Ajax over the summer along with the possible renewal of Handanovic looks like further confirmation that Radu will not have much of a place at Inter ahead of next season.
A summer exit has always looked fairly probable for the 24-year-old, and his agent Cecere has provided confirmation that they are working towards this.
“We’re looking around in Italy and abroad,” he said. “He needs to play and show his value. Yes, I think we will leave Inter.”
The agent also spoke about the situation of another player he has acted as an intermediary for, Lucien Agoume, sating that “He’s having a great season at Brest. There will be time to talk about his future.”
“Last year he renewed with Inter,” he continued regarding the Frenchman. “Together with his agent we will sit down with the Nerazzurri to understand his future.”
