Inter head coach Simone Inzaghi has given the team the evening to themselves ahead of tomorrow evening’s Coppa Italia semi-final second leg against AC Milan.

This according to Italian broadcaster SportMediaset, who report that the coach has decided to allow the players the evening away from the team in order to take the pressure off of them ahead of tomorrow’s match and get the right mentality.

Inter had lunch as a team and will spend the afternoon on their second last training session before tomorrow evening’s knockout clash with their city rivals.

However, instead of the normal practice of having the team retreat together ahead of tomorrow’s match to build team spirit, the coach has favoured allowing the players to relax ahead of the match and take the pressure of.

Inzaghi is hoping that with the chance to spend some time with their families the squad can come into tomorrow’s match feeling mentally free.
