Premier league duo Tottenham Hotspur and Arsenal and La Liga pair Atletico Madrid and Barcelona are all seriously targeting Inter striker Lautaro Martinez this summer.
This according to today’s print edition of Turin-based newspaper Tuttosport, who report that the Argentine will finish the season with the Nerazzurri but could then be the subject of a major transfer battle.
Martinez had been the subject of significant interest from both the English and Spanish top flight leagues last summer, but in the end he remained at Inter, where he signed a contract extension in the fall.
However, the interest in the 24-year-old has not gone away, and far from it several clubs are ready to reignite their pursuit of him during this summer’s transfer window.
Both Arsenal and Tottenham are aiming to add a striker to their squad in the summer, whilst Atletico and Barcelona are also looking for attacking reinforcements, and all four have made Martinez one of their major targets.
