Inter midfielder Hakan Calhanoglu was some way from his best in yesterday evening’s 3-0 win over AC Milan, though he ultimately did enough, according to Italian media.

The 28-year-old received decent grades but not spectacular ones in the player ratings for the match across Italian media, as highlighted by L’Interista, with the midfielder scored slightly lower than his teammates.

Calhanoglu had announced himself in an Inter shirt with his performance and goal in the first derby of the season, a 1-1 draw in November, kicking off his best run of form of the season.

The Turk will have been desperate to check off a derby win over his former side after losing to the Rossoneri in the second league derby before drawing 0-0 in the first leg of the Coppa Italia semi-final.

Calhanoglu got the win, helping the team to a 3-0 victory, though it was not his most impactful outing individually, being graded at 6/10 by the Gazzetta dello Sport, the Corriere dello Sport, Tuttosport, and TuttoMercatoWeb, whilst L’Inetista went a little higher to 6.5/10.
