Bologna midfielder Mattias Svanberg has said that the Rossoblu currently feel like they can beat anyone in Serie A, according to a report in the Italian broadcast media.

Speaking during an interview with Bologna’s official club media channels, via FCInternews, the young Swedish midfielder spoke confidently about the Rossoblu’s chances in the upcoming matches against Udinese and Inter.

Bologna have had a mixed season and sit in mid-table but they have drawn two away games against AC Milan and Juventus recently and have shown they are very hard to break down.

Speaking about the match this weekend against Udinese, Mattias Svanberg said: “Sunday will certainly be a tough match because they focus a lot on physicality, but I know that if we play as we have done recently we can bring home the three points.”

He then moved onto the match in the following midweek against Inter which has been rescheduled. It should have been played in January but Covid-19 cases in the Bologna camp meant it could not go ahead.

He feels that his team can do well against Inter and anyone else in the league: “I can say about the match against Inter that today we feel we can do well and win against everyone.”
