Former Juventus goalkeeper Dino Zoff has talked up the Coppa Italia final that will take place in May between Inter and Juventus, according to a report in the Italian media today.

Speaking during an interview with Tuttomercatoweb, the former Italy and Juventus shot-stopper explained that it is the ultimate match when these two teams meet and there is a piece of silverware to play for.

“It’s a big game with the cup up for grabs, I think it’s really the ultimate match.”

Juventus booked their place in the final after beating Fiorentina 2-0 on Wednesday evening and making it a 3-0 aggregate scoreline over the two legs. The goals in the second leg came from Federico Bernardeschi and Danilo.

Dino Zoff was impressed by the way that the Bianconeri defended in that game, saying: “Juve will now play this final after playing a decent game on Wednesday and winning it cleanly. The Bianconeri defended in an organized way and took the win.”

Inter got into the final with a 3-0 victory over AC Milan in the second leg of their semi-final.
