Italian transfer journalist Alfredo Pedulla has said that Paulo Dybala is waiting for Inter to make their move so that he can join them on a free transfer, according to a report in the Italian media.

As was written on William Hill News by Alfredo Pedulla, the situation around Juventus forward Paulo Dybala is changing regularly but right now he wants to stay in Italy with Inter and link up with Beppe Marotta who he worked with at Juventus.

He would go to Spain, perhaps to Barcelona who have never looked for him with a certain conviction until now. The moral of this speech is that Dybala wants to wait for Inter. He would gladly go to Inter with Beppe Marotta and, as long as there is this possibility, he will not respond to the other suitors.”

In terms of how Beppe Marotta would make that transfer work, the obvious plan is to sell Alexis Sanchez so that his wages become available.

Marotta loves Dybala even within an overall situation that Inter will have to unblock. In the folds of a budget that must always be 100% protected, today there are four forwards and one will have to leave to make room for the Argentine. All the clues lead to Alexis Sanchez.”

Another player whose future is linked to Paulo Dybala is Lautaro Martinez. Alfredo Pedulla thinks that it would take a bid of around €70 million to make Inter sell the Argentine.

The journalists feels that selling him for that fee and taking Paulo Dybala on a free transfer would allow Inter to pursue other targets.

He has recently renewed his contract extending his commitment until 2026, so he does not feel the need for a sale. If someone shows up, let’s say Atletico Madrid, with a 70 million offer perhaps seasoned with rich bonuses, the doors could open as if by magic.”

Collecting 70 million and taking Paulo Dybala for free would mean that Inter would have the money to close other operations. The idea today is to add Scamacca to Dzeko, to sign Bremer and to sign a midfielder with the characteristics of Brozovic.”
