Victory in this season’s Coppa Italia final will be worth just over €7 million to Inter should they beat Juventus in May, according to a report in the Italian media today.

As has been reported by football finance experts Calcio e Finanza, the Nerazzurri already took around €4 million from the sold out San Siro crowd on Tuesday night when they beat AC Milan 3-0.

According to what has been reported, simply qualifying for the final is worth just under €3 million to Inter and if they beat Juventus and lift the trophy, they will take home over €7 million.

If Inter are beaten in the final they would only collect around €2 million meaning their overall haul would be down at €5 million.

The Nerazzurri are well aware that every bit of money they can earn from this season will go a long way to balancing the financial situation at the club. It is the same story with the Scudetto.
