Inter are considering bringing in Atletico Madrid midfielder Rodrigo De Paul on loan during the summer transfer window.

This according to today’s print edition of Milan-based newspaper Gazzetta dello Sport, who report that the Argentine wants to move away from the Colchoneros and that the Nerazzurri are among the clubs working to sign him.

De Paul made the switch to Atletico from Udinese last summer, but he has failed to really settle in at the Wanda Metropolitano this campaign, and he is thinking about a move to a new club.

The Spanish giants are also ready to put De Paul on the transfer list, although they will search for options that would allow them to still cash in on him rather than taking a significant capital loss after just one season.

However, the Nerazzurri are closely monitoring the situation, and are working hard to seize any potential opportunity to sign the midfielder on loan, even on a dry loan for next season.
