Italian journalist Paolo Condo feels that the form that Inter are currently in will make them very hard to deny in the Serie A title race.
Speaking to Italian broadcaster Sky Sport Italia, Condo gave the view that the Nerazzurri appear to be peaking in form and will be difficult to stop, particularly given the way their attack is looking.
Inter’s form has been far from consistent this season, but when they have been at their best they have been very formidable indeed, both in attack and in defense.
There is still some way to go and many possibilities for twists and turns in the Serie A title race, but of the teams who are still vying for the Scudetto it is almost certainly Inter who look to have the credentials to go on and do it.
Five team still have the opportunity to slow the Nerazzurri down by taking points off of them, and AC Milan and Napoli can still catch them, but doing so may prove difficult for all of these sides.
“It’s difficult to think of any team who can stop the Nerazzurri right now,” Condo said.
“I always get the feeling that Inter won’t concede a goal, whereas on the contrary, in attack I get the impression that they can always create problems,” he added.
