Inter midfielder Marcelo Brozovic gave yet another demonstration of why he is so essential to the team with his display against Roma yesterday evening.

The 29-year-old got excellent scores for his performance in the player ratings for the match across Italian media, as highlighted by L’Interista.

Top-quality performances have become the norm for Brozovic, who can do virtually everything in the midfield battle well, including finish off chances that come to him in the final third as he proved with another goal in Serie A.

The Croat was a decisive influence as always, keeping the team ticking over and keeping the pressure on the Giallorossi all over the pitch, not least by scoring the second goal of the match.

The Gazzetta dello Sport and L’Interista went as high as 7.5/10 with their grades for Brozovic, whilst the likes of the Correire dello Sport and TuttoMercatoWeb were even more positive, awarding him an 8/10 score.
