Inter head coach Simone Inzaghi is planning to start all of his usual midfield trio of Nicolo Barella, Marcelo Brozovic, and Hakan Calhanoglu in all of the team’s remaining matches this season.

This according to today’s print edition of Milan-based newspaper Gazzetta dello Sport, who report that barring injuries or suspension the coach wants the trio to be in every starting eleven until the end of the campaign.

Inzaghi is thinking about rotating his team over matches in the final push of the season, specifically in defense, attack, and on the wings.

However, in midfield the only rest that the preferred trio are likely to get will come in the form of any time they are given on the bench due to being substituted off in games.

The final stretch is in view for the Nerazzurri, who have five more matches to go in the Serie A title race and a Coppa Italia final, and Inzaghi is determined to rely on his best midfield unless his hand is forced.
