Inter could rely on the rising value of Andrea Pinamonti to reach their target of €70 million net profit in the summer transfer window.

This according to today’s print edition of Turin-based newspaper Tuttosport, who report that the Nerazzurri could meet their target without selling a big name player by cashing in on the 22-year-old.

Pinamonti’s valuation has risen significantly this season based on his form on loan with newly-promoted Empoli, with the striker having notched twelve goals in Serie A so far.

The 22-year-old could be valued as high as €30-35 million, and has suitors among midtable Serie A clubs as well as abroad.

Should Pinamonti be sold for a significant transfer fee, this could go a long way towards meeting the target of €70 million net profit set for the window by the owners.

Another player would still have to be sold, though the form of Dumfries has made him a target for several clubs including Bayern Munich.

Were Pinamonti and Dumfries to be sold along with some fringe players currently on loan, the Nerazzurri could meet their target.
