The salary that backup goalkeeper Ionut Radu receives at Inter could make it hard for him to find a new club in the summer, according to a report in the Italian print media today.

As has been reported by Corriere della Sera today, the Romanian goalkeeper is very likely to be leaving the club in the summer as he was already unhappy with his lack of playing time this season.

Until the loss against Bologna, he had only featured in one Coppa Italia match. He then made an error against Bologna that cost Inter the game and could be fatal to their Serie A title hopes.

His current salary at Inter is 1.8 million a season which is a lot for another team to pay for a goalkeeper of his quality. Inter may find themselves having to subsidise his salary at another team if he is not willing to accept a pay reduction to get regular football.
