Inter’s training session on Saturday will be where a decision is taken on the fitness of Samir Handanovic and Robin Gosens, according to a report in the Italian media.

As has been reported by Corriere dello Sport, there is cautious optimism amongst the Nerazzurri ranks that the Slovenian goalkeeper will recover in time to take his palace between the sticks against Udinese on Sunday.

He was injured for the Bologna match and has continued to train separately but even though he will not be at 100%, he is likely to be well enough to start the game instead of Ionut Radu.

Robin Gosens has been fighting a muscle injury but he did train with greater intensity on Friday. He has to see how he does when he trains with the whole group on Saturday.

Arturo Vidal and Felipe Caicedo have both recovered for the match and the former is expected to start in midfield.
