Inter would not consider selling striker Lautaro Martinez for less than €70-80 million during the summer transfer window.
This according to today’s print edition of Milan-based newspaper Gazzetta dello Sport, who report that the Nerazzurri have made their asking price clear for the 24-year-old as interest from top clubs in La Liga in the Premier League heats up.
Atletico Madrid have been strongly linked with a move for Martinez for some time, whilst Tottenham Hotspur have also emerged as suitors since the arrival of Antonio Conte as head coach.
Meanwhile, Manchester United have also joined the race for the Argentine as they target a new striker to lead the line under incoming head coach Erik Ten Hag.
There is no shortage of interest in Martinez, who the Nerazzurri could well cash in on as they look to meet financial targets in the summer, but the price tag is clear and the club are expecting a substantial cash offer.
