Inter forward Joaquin Correa has got four games left to try and show Simone Inzaghi why he should be an important player next season, according to a report in the Italian print media today.

As has been reported by Corriere dello Sport today, the Argentinian has had a disappointing first season with the Nerazzurri and Simone Inzaghi’s decision to sign him from Lazio can’t be viewed as a good one.

Joaquin Correa has only managed to score four goals all season but his lack of playing time is a factor. Despite playing 32 times in all competitions, he has only averaged 34 minutes per game.

That playing time has not risen though because he has failed to make an impact when he does get a chance either from the bench or from the start.

He has been improving in recent weeks though as a supporting striker, but it has not yet turned into goals and assists for himself.
